1. Who we are

PickCreator is a discovery marketplace that helps brands and businesses find content creators and influencers. We are an introduction platform only — we are not a party to any collaboration, contract or payment agreed between a brand and a creator.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.

• One account per person or business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.

3. Creator listings

Creator profiles are paid listings. A listing is live for the period shown at checkout and does not renew automatically unless you choose a renewing plan. Listing fees are non-refundable once a profile has been reviewed and published, except where required by law.

4. Finder credits

Brands use credits to unlock a creator's WhatsApp contact. Credits are purchased in packs, are non-transferable and have no cash value. Once a contact is unlocked, that credit is considered used.

We do not guarantee that a creator will respond to any message, or that a collaboration will result from an unlock.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute contact details obtained through PickCreator.
• Do not upload false follower data, borrowed content or misleading information.
• Do not use the platform to harass, defraud or spam other users.

6. Liability

PickCreator is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from a collaboration, payment dispute or content published by a creator or brand. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
