Community Guidelines

PickCreator works because people here are honest with each other. These guidelines apply to every creator and every brand, on profiles and in the conversations that start from them.

Be honest

  • Represent your real audience, real location and real rates.
  • Only show work you made or are permitted to share, and credit collaborators.
  • Disclose paid partnerships in your content as the law requires.

Be respectful

Approach people the way you'd want to be approached. Brands: send a clear brief and a realistic budget. Creators: decline politely if a brief isn't for you. Harassment, discrimination and threats have no place here.

Keep content safe

  • No sexual content involving minors, ever — we report it to the authorities.
  • No hate speech, incitement to violence or targeted abuse.
  • No promotion of illegal products or services.
  • Adult, alcohol, gambling and similar categories must be clearly labelled and legally compliant.

Respect privacy

Contact details unlocked on PickCreator are for reaching that person about a genuine collaboration. Do not add people to bulk mailing lists, resell their details, or share screenshots of private conversations publicly.

Reporting

Every profile has a “Report this profile” link. Reports are private — the creator never learns who reported them. Our moderation team reviews each report, usually within 48 hours.

What happens after a report

  • Minor or first-time issues: a warning and a request to fix the profile.
  • Repeated or serious issues: temporary suspension of the listing.
  • Fraud, fake followers or abuse: permanent removal without refund.
  • You can appeal any decision by replying to the moderation email you receive.
