Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password hash.
• Creator profile details: bio, location, categories, social handles, follower counts, sample content and WhatsApp number.
• Transaction details: listing payments and credit purchases, processed by our payment partner. We never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches run and unlocks made, used to improve discovery and detect abuse.

How we use it

We use your data to publish creator profiles, run search and discovery, process payments and credits, prevent fraud, and send service messages about your account. With your consent we also send occasional product updates — you can opt out from any email.

What is public

A published creator profile is public and may be indexed by search engines. Your WhatsApp number is never public: it is revealed only to a signed-in brand that spends a credit to unlock it.

Sharing

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments and send email, under contract and only for those purposes.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
• We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is open, and for up to 24 months afterwards for fraud prevention and accounting. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@pickcreator.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
