Creator Agreement

Your listing

You keep full ownership of your content, your audience and your rates. PickCreator receives a limited licence to display the profile details and sample content you upload, so we can show your profile in search, category pages and featured sections.

Accurate information

• Follower and engagement numbers must reflect your real, current audience.
• Sample content must be work you created or have permission to show.
• Update your profile when your handles, city or collaboration preferences change.
• Purchased or artificially inflated followers lead to removal without refund.

Verification

Our team manually reviews profiles before they go live. Verified profiles carry a badge next to the creator's name. Verification confirms that your identity and social handles matched at the time of review — it is not an endorsement of your work or pricing.

Working with brands

Collaborations are agreed directly between you and the brand. You set your own rates and decide which briefs to accept. PickCreator takes no commission on your deals and is not responsible for payment, delivery or disputes.

We ask that you respond to genuine enquiries within a reasonable time — brands spend credits to reach you.

Fees

Listing fees are shown before checkout and cover a fixed listing period. Fees are non-refundable once your profile has been reviewed and published, except where the law requires otherwise.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove a profile that breaches this agreement or our Community Guidelines, including repeated substantiated reports. Where the issue can be fixed, we'll tell you what needs to change first.

Leaving

You can unpublish or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard. Contact details already unlocked by a brand cannot be recalled, but your profile stops appearing in discovery immediately.
