Prohibited Activities

Termination

PickCreator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

PickCreator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickCreator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of PickCreator after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
